You may make changes to your order up until the time you optimize your route. You can also change or update the driver’s route simply from the the dispatch platform.

You can cancel your order at any time before a delivery is made.

Yes, you can track your package all the way to the doorstep and you’ll receive notification once delivered by email.

The standard and the safest way to make delivery is for all packages to be in a tamper evident packaging. We recommend self-seal poly-bags (ecoswift.com) and utilizing clear face document envelope (7×5 1/2″- ENVPQ21) to prepare your package.

Our system is HIPPA compliant & certified SSL licensed for data safety and security and meets or exceeds all standards.
